Steamed Okra

500 g okra pods 1/4 c butter, melted 1/4 c sherry...
Ingredients:

500 g okra pods
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c sherry

Procedure:

1. Wash okra, leave stems on. Place over boiling water and steam for about 15 minutes or until tender.

2. Eat with fingers, dipping okra into melted butter and wine, or pour butter-mixture over okra.
