Radish Pickles

1 large radish 3 T rock salt 2 T vinegar 1/2 T sesame oil 3 T sugar 1 red pepper, thinly sliced...
Ingredients:

1 large radish
3 T rock salt
2 T vinegar
1/2 T sesame oil
3 T sugar
1 red pepper, thinly sliced

Procedure:

1. Peel radish and slice paper thin. Press radish down on rock salt and leave overnight.

2. Rinse radish with water until no longer salty. Squeeze out water. Add vinegar, oil and red pepper.

3. Place in airtight jar and serve.
