Apricot Filling

1 1/2 c apricots, dried 4 T sugar 1 t orange rind, grated 1 T rum...
Ingredients:

1 1/2 c apricots, dried
4 T sugar
1 t orange rind, grated
1 T rum

Procedure:

1. Cook apricots until tender in enough water to cover. Drain and chop fine.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. The mixture should have the consistency of a soft mash.
