1 1/2 c bulargear (cracked wheat)
4 c water
1 c raisins
1/2 t caraway seeds
1 T pistachio nuts, shelled
1 T walnuts, shelled, chopped
1/4 c maple syrup
1. Place bulargear, water, raisins, and caraway seeds in a covered pot. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2. Add nuts and syrup. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve warm.
