Tu B'shevat Fruitcake

1/2 c brown sugar 3/4 c flour, sifted 1/2 t baking powder 2 eggs 1 c fruit, dried 1 c mixed nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc (peanuts not recommended)...
Ingredients:

1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c flour, sifted
1/2 t baking powder
2 eggs
1 c fruit, dried
1 c mixed nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc (peanuts not recommended)

Procedure:

1. Mix it all. Pour into greased loaf pan.

2. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until brown. Stick a toothpick in center to check. If it comes out clean, your cake is cake.
